Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about your purchase.
If your item arrives in a less than perfect state then please contact us within 10 days of purchase. We offer the option of a full refund or replacement if the item is faulty or damaged in anyway. Please note it is at our discretion to refund the cost of posting the item back to us. Please choose your items carefully as we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to change of mind purchases.
Please keep all original packaging if there is an issue with your order. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open it or use it, we cannot process returns on used items.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please phone or text us. If we are able to catch it in time, we can issue a store credit for the value of your order. Orders already with the courier cannot be cancelled. Please think carefully before placing an order.
